Just a little about me…
I grew up in Farmington, Utah and began taking piano at a young age from my grandmother. In my youth, I enjoyed accompanying my high school choirs, composing my own arrangements, and performing for family and friends.
I even had a chance to play with Jon Schmidt at one of his concerts! My love for music led me to study piano pedagogy at Utah State University and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Music.
In addition to music, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and traveling. I also love running, dancing, ice cream, and frogs!
I married the love of my life, Michelle, and we enjoy many of the same things. She is amazing! We have four wonderful kids who help us enjoy life in new ways every day.

Hi! I’m Kyle McKenna, owner of Kyle McKenna Piano Studio in Farmington, Utah.
As a passionate piano instructor with years of experience, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing students grow and develop their love for music.
But more important than the notes they play… are the life skills they build along the way.
Because learning piano is so much more than just reading sheet music and practicing scales.
