Terms of Service

Welcome to Kyle McKenna Piano Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including private and group piano lessons and other music instruction, whether in person or through any online platform we may use.
By enrolling in our lessons or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer private and group piano lessons, as well as other music instruction, at our Farmington, Utah location. Specific details about our programs, schedules, pricing, and policies may be provided through our website, email communications, or during enrollment.
3. Student Conduct & Responsibilities
Students and/or their parents/guardians agree to:
• Attend lessons punctually and prepared.
• Communicate absences or schedule changes according to our studio policy.
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Follow all guidelines provided for participation in group or private lessons.
4. Payments & Billing
Tuition is billed according to our published rate schedule and must be paid in advance or on the agreed-upon due date. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel lessons for accounts with overdue balances. Additional fees may apply for materials, events, or missed lesson rescheduling.
5. Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
Lesson cancellations must follow our studio policy. We typically require 24-hour notice for cancellations to be eligible for a make-up lesson. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of lessons.
6. Refund Policy
Tuition is non-refundable except in specific cases as outlined in our studio policy. We do not offer refunds for missed lessons due to student absences, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Photo & Video Release
Unless otherwise specified in writing, students (or their parents/guardians if under 18) grant Kyle McKenna Piano Studio permission to use photos or videos taken during lessons or events for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide a safe, positive learning environment. However, Kyle McKenna Piano Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred on premises or during participation in our programs, unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Davis County, Utah.
